Custom 33m2 Tiny Home on Wheels
This is a completed custom build out of our Dunedin factory - 11m x 3m Tiny Home on Wheels.
This customer has built her dream home. She was very involved in the initial process as our designer used our rendering software to show her what the finished home would look like.

She chose to build with Titan because we are experts at doing custom designs at no extra cost.
Kitchen
Our customer had a very clear design in mind and we worked with our custom kitchen designer to get the exact colour and door profile style she wanted.
She chose a timber bench top, with the same timber used as shelves with LED up lights.
She chose not to have cooking elements as she has her own portable unit she wanted to use.
She chose on extra wide Valore sink. We lined up the sliding windows so she could pass food out the window on to guests on her future deck.
Bathroom
Despite the relatively small space our designer and customer fit a lot of utility in to this space.
1200mm x 900mm shower which is same or bigger than most homes.
She asked us to build a custom vanity (picture below).
We've also included space for linen cupboard along with a back door.
Lounge and Bedroom
She wanted a fireplace for heating, so we are installing a specialised small fire for Tiny Homes. This is being installed by a certified installer to ensure all safety requirements are met.
For the bedroom she wanted a feature wall with a shelf (image below). We will build and paint to her custom colour and install LED uplights at the back of the shelf to give a nice soft glow at night.
