Custom 31m2 Tiny Home on Wheels
This build was completed in our Dunedin factory in July
10.4m x 3m Tiny Home on Wheels.
This couple is building their dream home. They sometimes work from home so have included an office / study.
Read below to see how the space works.
Based in Christchurch, they chose to build with Titan because we are experts at doing custom designs at no extra cost.
Bedroom
Bedroom has a full height opening window so they can maximise their light and wake up to their amazing view.
Built in wall to wall wardrobe to maximise space.
Bathroom
We are building a custom white engineered stone frame to fit a washing machine underneath with a sink on top (mirror not in final position FYI)
This is a great use of space.
Kitchen
This couple didn't need a huge kitchen space but we fit all the essentials in there. Room for cooking at good amount of cabinets for storage. Customer chose their cplashback colour.
Study / spare bedroom
Given one of them work from home, they needed a space for a study. This room has lots of light and perfect size for a study.
The other custom thing they asked for space for when guests stay. They wanted the ability to turn the office into somewhere guests could sleep, so they've asked for us to create strong, structural points for a hammock!
